Thieves-have my money and my item after 5 months
These guys literally stole $275 from me five months ago from an item I never received and that they did not re-list and sell as promised. I am filing a police report and have screen shots of all messages.

This is a family owned and run business. They don’t have a ton of staff.

How quickly the response time is after paying
After several weeks of speaking with the owner about the shipping arrangements for one item and the amount of the one item I won; I finally received the item on 9/30/23.

Ridiculous Packaging/Shipping!
I won a vintage wooden ice bucket from this auction house. I bid on this item as they stated in-house shipping was available. After the auction, I inquired if such was possible. I had an idea of what this would likely cost using an approximate weight and distance. I received an invoice from this auction house of & 54.60 to ship, going from Vermont to New Jersey. I paid the invoice. The carton was delivered by Priority Mail, more than by Ground Advantage or FedEx. Again, this wasn't a fragile item, and it actually weighed 7-3/4 pounds. It was shipped in a used box, in good condition, but still used, with 1/2 pound's worth of corrugated cardboard that offered zero padding, 1/2 pounds worth of a fabric I believe was a garden crop cover used to keep insects off of plants, two news magazines that were tossed in, not crumpled, but apparently in the trash pile, and the rest, 4 pounds worth of crumpled up newspapers. Over FIVE pounds of trash was used for packing. Twelve 12 "x 12" sheets of bubblewrap were in the mix, and used mostly blown out heavy bubble wrap completed the "packing". They even stuffed the inside of the bucket with newspaper which made no sense. I'm guessing about one dollar's worth of bubblewrap was used; the rest was either something to be recycled or thrown out in the trash. According to the USPS the Priority Mail postage was around $23.00. I paid $54.00 for shipping. If it took the auction house ten minutes to pack this they were moving slow. I highly doubt they made a special trip to the post office just to ship out my item. I can make a purchase from EBTH out in Ohio and be blown away by their professional packing. This was a joke. I paid for the privilege of throwing away someone else's trash. They're certainly pleasant in their communications, but I don't pay for them to be pleasant. I ship on a weekly basis and I'd be embarrassed to ship anything out in trash. My first purchase with them and it definitely will be my last.

I buy at a lot of auctions, and this was a very positive experience!
Easy to pay, they packed and shipped my item very fast. I was happy with the item, and to professionalism of the auction house. Will buy from again.

Shipping difficult and item ruined
I purchased a pair of antique mid-century beehive lamps. The purchase process was fine. There seemed to be some delay in getting an invoice, but eventually, that was fine, too. Shipping was a nightmare. The people at the UPS store were nice but seemed disorganized and it took a long time to get the item shipped. When it finally was shipped, the cost was relatively high. I insisted on additional insurance-I'm glad I did, as the item arrived damaged and ruined. I am now waiting while my claim with UPS is processed to get a refund and am not sure I'll even break even on the process. Will not do business here again because of the shipping issues.

A-1 experience, all the way ‘ round
Purchased a rather large item from a Heartfelt online auction. Didn’t want to ship it and Brian, the owner was tremendously accommodating holding the item for me for over a month until I could get there to retrieve it. All in all, just the way you’d want a transaction to go.

This was a very smooth process and Heart Felt Antiques & Auction Service provided in-house shipping.

Very rude, and not customer friendly in the least.
Over 3 weeks and still waiting for my items. I call and they say they will get them out the next day. Very untruthful and rude.

One of those customers that think that they are the only person that purchased at our Auction?? We had 137 invoices/customers to satisfy, not just you Richard? We state in our "terms & Conditions" to allow up to 3 to 5 weeks to receive your items, as we have only 1 person that does our packaging and he works a full time job. Richard is the type of buyer that ruins "in-house" shipping for everyone else. We also state that if you are in a hurry, communicate with us and we will take your items to the UPS Store, which is what we ended up doing with his items, due to his unfriendly and hateful attitude. It is customers like Richard that are causing several Auction Houses to not offer in-house shipping. Unfortunately for him, we have been getting in numerous items that are in his "wheel house", for our next online Auction, which he will not be allowed to bid on. We are a small business and we work hard to offer quality items and we do the best we can, in regards to shipping. We are very friendly... if you read the numerous "5" star ratings, I think you will get the true 'picture' of us. Thank you to all of our friendly and patient customers who take the time to read our terms and conditions, which we adhere to... we appreciate you!

As Advertised, I Love My Gear!
Thank you Heart Felt Auctions for a good auction. For those who are bidding with Heart Felt Auctions, make sure you read all the info. I paid my invoices within an hour of receiving them. As they advertise, my invoice within 3 days after auction completion. (Actually got it the next day) I did not have any pre auction questions, all of my questions were answered in the auctioneer statement provided on Live Auctioneers. The images that they provided were extensive, detailed and proved accurate once I received my items. Post auction communication was ok, they responded within 3-7 days to my inquiries. Shipping was provided by Heart Felt Auction. Per their disclosure, the cost was to be between $20-$40, mine was $50, a little surprising but not outrageous. Packaging was professionally done and my items arrived well packaged and undamaged. Total time from the end of auction to receiving my items was right about 30 days. This is within the timeframe that they list in their auctioneer statement. I will absolutely consider purchasing from this shop again.

SCAMS, THIEFS, WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM THEM
Im buying for over 25 years at auction live, online and this I haven't seen before. Live auction: I WON item, what they do, they pause auction for 10 sec. and reopen my won auction again and I had to bet again where I had to pay almost 100 dollars more. I took screenshots as proof. Contacted customer service 4 times asking for explanation but no answer only what they did send me invoice to pay. Guys be careful if you decide to buy with them. I have proof and if anybody wanna see, you can contact me and I will show you all.

It never fails that Auction Houses get a negative review from someone who isn't sure how the online bidding works and that Auction houses also use multiple online bidding platforms, as well as 'in-house' bidders, as we do. Also those that have bidder remorse? We're also not sure if the buyer is writing to the correct Auction House, as this buyer purchased 5 lots from us and we have not received any correspondence from him (phone calls or emails) and have no idea what lot he is speaking of??? If you say that you made phone calls to "customer service", then you were attempting to contact Liveauctioneers, and not our company. We pride ourselves on being honest and forthright, treating people with respect and try to satisfy our customers to the best of our ability. If anyone ever has an issue with us, we welcome them to contact us, so that we can assist. If you had an issue, we wish that you would have reached out to us, instead of trying to hurt our reputation with your anger and incorrect information? As well, if anyone wants to see how the bidding progressed, we are provided real time bidding on all items, which we would be happy to share. We also had internet issues with both of our online bidding platforms, throughout the Auction. Due to these issues, and the time lapse that take place when entering online bids, Auction Houses reserve the right to 'reopen' items, if they feel there was an issue with receiving online bids made during the bidding process. We're sure that you would be upset if you attempted to bid, and your bid wasn't accepted, missing out on something that you really wanted? We were planning on handling the shipping of your items in-house, but, due to your irrational behavior, we will drop your items off at a UPS Store. We can't take the risk of you saying the items didn't arrive, or arrived damaged, or not as described. Once we drop your items off at the UPS Store, we will email you the store information, and you will deal directly with them.
