1. All items being sold are attempted to be accurately described as possible by auction staff. All items are being sold as-is. Bidder is responsible for determining condition of each item prior to bidding and takes sole responsibility for interpretation of the items they are bidding on. 2. Any announcements made day of the sale take precedence over previous catalogue information. 6. All items in the auction were found and obtained by legal means. 7. All bids are the buyer's responsibility. A successful bid is a legally binding contract. Auctioneer reserves the right to revoke and suspend a bidder from attending and bidding in an auction at any time. Auctioneer and staff reserve the right to bid on items within the auction. 8. A 3% payment collection processing charge will be added to the invoice at the end of the sale to cover credit card, Live Auctioneers, or PayPal fees. 9. Purchases may be subject to Sales Tax according to State and Federal requirements at the time of the sale. Please allow us time to process invoices.
