Description
The hood with scrolled pediment above a tombstone shaped door, the waist with shell-carved door flanked by quarter columns on molded base. Height 7 feet 9 inches, width 22 inches, depth 10 inches,
movement a modern replacement; dial repainted and lettering new; with new pendulum and three cased brass weights; four finials appear to be missing. Note that though the movement is a replacement, it is possible that the case did once house a movement by Solliday.
Please note that this clock should not be attributed to Solliday, though it is possible that it once housed a movement made by him.
