Nice Japanese six-panel painted screen, 19th c., Japan, polychrome gouache on paper mounted to board with silk border, possibly scenes from the tale of Genji, depicting a noble procession of figures in an outdoor setting beside a palace wall, embroidered silk on reverse, inscribed on label on edge of first panel, 42"h x 19"w (per panel)
