18TH CENTURY, WITH LATER DECORATION AND MOUNTS
the first an onion shaped green glass bottle, later painted with a naval battle scene, inscribed with ‘1658 Zeeslag van Holland onder Bevel van Lt Admr van Nes’, and a lion crest to the reverse; the other a brown glass globe bottle of flattened form, painted with a naval battle and a crest to the reverse with a red lion over blue and white stripes, 21.5cm high; both with silver collars and stoppers, hallmark for Frederick Augustus Burridge, London 1906 (2)
