Albert Ernest (Beanie) Backus (AMERICAN / FLORIDA, 1906 - 1990) Florida Highwaymen pencil landscape study on paper. Signed to lower right and dated 1970. Titled "Paurotis - Everglades" to lower left. Mounted in a bronze and black painted wooden frame with mat behind glass screen. Paper measures approx. 13" height x 9 1/4" width to sight. Measures approx. 21 1/4" height x 17 1/2" width overall including frame. Some brown spots seen on paper. Otherwise, appears in overall good condition.
