A collection of photos of over 170 pinup girls from the late 1950s to early 1960s by professional photographer Herb Flatow. Several of the women went on to greater fame. Bettie Page, Tina Louise, Monique van Vooren, Sabrina ("the UK's answer to Marylin Monroe"), Sheika Moser, Daphne Doré, Colleen Tyler, Cindy Fuller. All had further careers, and the same may well be so for others in the collection. Each is represented in various media: prints, contact sheets, negatives, transparencies (4x5, Hasselblad format). The attached pdf of a spreadsheet lists the ladies, and for each, columns for whether there are prints, contact sheets, and negatives-or-transparencies. Often there's an exact number or an ~estimate of how many — for example, "71 tr", "3 rolls".Everything in fine condition and professionally photographed by Herb Flatow who did a great deal of shoots. photo journalism, magazine covers, etc. for a wide variety of magazines in the 50's and 60's before moving on to a career in medical photography.Also included are two large scrapbooks assembled at the time of these shoots showing where many of these photo session shots and others were published.Incredible one of a kind cache/treasure vault and must see for the Pinup collector, and worth examining.
