Elvis Presley Lot of (7) August 17 and 18, 1977 Western Union Telegram Messages Offering Condolences (From The Mike Moon Collection) - This lot comprises seven Western Union Telegram messages sent to the family of Elvis Presley upon his passing on August 16th, 1977. The lot includes messages of condolences from B.B. King, Little Richard, The Jordanaires, Tennessee Governor Ray Blanton, Isaac Hayes, June and Johnny Cash, and Alabama Governor George C. Wallace. These are rare, authentic reproductions that EPE/Graceland allowed to be produced for a very short period of time. This lot comes from the Mike Moon collection and Moon's Elvis and Hollywood Legends Museum in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, which at the time of its existence held the largest privately owned Elvis Presley memorabilia collection.
