A Japanese woodblock print by Katsukawa Shunsho (1726-1792) titled Courtesans of Maruya. It is after the original which was created in 1776. It is part of a series called the Mirror of the Beautiful Women of the Yoshiwara Brothels. This piece was created in the 1930s. It is matted and framed under glass and it measures 14 inches x 18 inches. This was acquired from a Metro Washington DC estate., 14IN x 18IN (36cm x 46cm), LOT REF #24-260
