smooth transaction.
good reliable auction house. payment procedure was a little difficult. Many limitations for items over 500 GBP (wire transfer, then fees to cover the wire transfer), but generally good people to deal with. I just wish they would offer more convenient payment methods.

Given international shipping I was pleasantly surprised.
I feel like the value for the items was very good. And being an international transaction was not a problem.
