I bought a doll from this auction house but finally abandoned it. The auction house was very professional and I was very happy with them. However, it was impossible to get my item shipped properly. They use the local UPS and that is where the trouble lies. First that UPS quoted an outrageous price, higher than I pay for dolls to be shipped form Europe. Fragile packing was twice what any other UPS in the country charges. When I questioned them, they finally came down to a price that was still too high but bearable. I was at that time sick with a virus so I said I would have to continue when I felt better. I called a couple of days later and a woman answered. She was very abrupt and argumentative. She refused to listen to my explanation of my past conversation with that gentleman. She kept arguing and talking, refusing to listen to me so I finally, still suffering from not feeling well, ran out of patience and yelled at her to at least listen to me. She hung up on me. I decided not to pursue it any further and get back to bed to fully recover from being sick. I messaged the auction house of what happened and told them to keep the doll and sell it in some other auction and keep the proceeds. It was not the auction house that was the problem. I deal with UPS stores all over the country and get several UPS deliveries a week and have never run into a problem like that one store. I have always preferred the service UPS gives and favor them as a delivery company. But this UPS store is very substandard. So if you need somethings shipped I recommend you do not bid with this auction house. Shipping is a major problem.

I will never buy from this Auction house ever again I paid $35 for a knife and sheath. Before I could even pay the invoice they charged my debit card before I could even set up shipping. They took over a week to respond to my email and said they were going to send my stuff to the local UPS station. UPS then charged me $40 to ship the item. Ridiculous. I didn't even have the chance to set up my own shipping because they didn't allow me to. Very unprofessional and if you ask me sounds like they have something set up with UPS to make extra money. BE CAREFUL!!!

They are very descriptive in their details and always answer questions I may have. They let you know when package is shipped and always arrives within three days! Super nice & polite.

The shipping co this auction house uses is TERRIBLE. Waited multiple weeks to be contacted. Still have not received my items and now almost been a month. Purchased 2 small item cost which $67.55 but they are charging $60 + to ship them to Dallas. I purchase many items on-line, at other auctions, etc.-NEVER that expensive to ship. Won't be able to buy from this auction house in the future unless they find a more reasonable shipping option/co. It made the overall experience really bad.

Had a great experience with Denotter Auctions. Payment process was smooth and pick-up was a breeze. Really friendly people as well!

I won 5 bids on 15 Jan 2024. I called Denotter on 22 Jan, for the shipment cost and was told to call UPS. I called and was told they were still working on processing the packages. I called on 25 Jan, and was told by Jake that the estimate cost would be about $81 (it was actually $95.69). I received the box on 30 Jan. The 5 bids cost me $113.02 and with the added shipping cost, I feel I paid too much. I will not be participating with Denotter again (this was my fifth auction I won items with them).
