Note that the Davenport Home in Bath NY was a girl's orphanage of which Miss Wilmot was an inhabitant. There is a small tear in the top center border, else it is in good condition - the frame measures 12 1/2" x 12 3/4". Provenance: From the Carole Ostergren collection, Wallkill NY.
