06.04.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3167: I note that the pelt is presently intact, being securely bound to black felt lining in most places (minor lifting around one of the front paws), there is loss of the majority of both back paws, and a small area of loss to one of the front paws, one side of the face is lacking most of the whiskers, and I observe minor shedding
