I won Lot72 (Chinese Celadon Glaze Porcelain Ewer) in Dec 2 and paid a total of 120 dollars through your WeChat in December 10th, and then I contact with you three times by liveauctioneers emails as well as other email (**********), and asked for the address of the local transport company, but till now you never replied to me. Moreover, you get a dispute to the liveauctioneers. Because of a ********** wrong dispute, I was refused to approve some coming auctions. your company should be responsible for this! Now, cancel this dispute immediately, otherwise there will be more and more refusals. If things go on, I will put forward new dispute to Holly auctions for Compensating for my bidding? The company seems like a con artist with no verifiable auction rules. They post artificial bids to increase the price of items and are not an auction house but a store. I do not know why they are on this website.

These people are either the most disorganized group or just idiots. The items were paid for promptly (11/08) and shipping arranged. The items shipped on 11/17 and were received on 11/27. On 11/26, Holly filed a "dispute" with Liveauctioneers stating non-payment. I reached out via email (they seem not to answer their phone) explaining the confusion and requesting withdrawal of the dispute and received no response. Frankly, Liveauctioneers hasn't been much use either. Despite having explained this to Customer Service, they suggest resolving the issue with the auction house and that they have no role to play.

Some of the auction houses believed making extra money with the shipping company they recommended. This is so unfair for the buyer.

They didn't send the good items 2 times, they are not the same that in the description and photo, and they don't want taht I send to Holly the 2 wrong items, and they don't want to refund the money. An action house, if they want to send internationaly and by Liveauctioneers, they have to respect the customer and to send the good item that there was in the photo and description.

One auction item photo found two different Lots One single item lot has two different item with painting and porcelain but the owner said it was mistake on loading by Liveauctioneers. All others except the above would be fine.

I think if the web site said it took so long for shipping, it would have been very satisfied by me. I love my purchases, just did not know it would take so long running into shipping issues. I will definitely buy again as the products are what i thought they were. thank you

Actually many cases I do not trust their authenticity for antiques. I just decide myself to check with risk. Fortunately, they prepare enough photos for listing. So, I look very carefully the photos instead of description when I purchase. Once I buy lot I never return.

Item was not as described. Material was cast plaster, instead of marble as described at the auction. Item was returned and Gallery agreed that it had been misrepresented. The owner graciously agreed to return of my payment.

I have paid them the very day I got the invoice, asked them to post the item to my NY address paid them the postage charges too, but inspite of my repeated request they did not post the item to my NY address while I was there. Now when I have requested them to send the item to my permanent address in New Delhi, India they have not bothered to answer my emails. Please make sure that I receive my purchases.

First, I'm a buyer from Italy: a relationship need for correctness and accuracy. Regarding my last purchase at Holly-lot 248 auct. Aug 02, 2015-Holly required me 175 $as total shipping cost (invoice la1501619). After that, Holly consign to a shipper my item. After that, the shipper require 250 $(total cost) to complete the shipment. After my remostrance Holly tells me to address to my other preferred shipper. Unfortunately the shipper who collected my item require anyway 95 $as picking fee. My shipper choice is clearly forced. Best regards. Cesare **********

Holly Auction is not a professional auctioneer. They do not specify the size and condition for many lots. Examples: Lot 453 & 465. They do not response to your email or phone call.
