Either the gallery was too lazy to pack and/or ship the item.... or... just a bad business model having a third party pick up and ship and I have never received my item

I paid but have never received my items.

One paid item was missing from my Nov. 28, 2017 auction winnings: Item # 0133 TIBETAN TURQUOISE & CORAL PENDANT, APPROX 3 ' $20.00 + $4.60, Total Paid: $24.60. I have not been refunded, and I cannot get a hold of anyone anymore. Maria **********.

I deeply regret that this auction n house closed down. I found items beyond my expectation. i wish it would reopen.

I haven't received the chandelier I bought yet. I tried contacting the auction house, by email, no response. I called, they said they would call me back but did not.

I have purchased from them before & everything went well-had a winning bids several days ago $went online to get the packers tel number & was very surprised that they had simply closed their doors!!!! Not really happy about the lurch they have put lots of people into!!! I need someone to check on the shipping status of my second item-8 plates with game birds in them-the first shipment of glasses is on the way according to email from LiveAuctioneers. Great auction house!.. The guys are so helpful getting the items to my vehicle... Only wish they were open earlier in the day during the week for pickup and on Saturdays... I think they may be trying to.....

Everyone there, and the UPS shipping people, has been very helpful, competent, and friendly. I enjoy working with them all.

It would be helpful if descriptions of the items included measurements and weight. Because description did not include this info, I ended up spending $120.00 to ship something I got for $20

I won an action piece, sent some to pay and pick up the item. My representative paid, and was given a receipt for the two items. The employee said they were sorry but that they had sold the item to someone else. My representative was not reimbursed at the time and had to wait a week for the reimbursement to be put back into his account. I wrote several emails but no answer back from the Wilton Gallery with an explanation.

I have not received the item (a small wooden box) as of today's date, July 26, and Have not been informed that it has been sent. However, I called your number in Florida today and left a message asking you to call me. Hope I 've acted properly in this matter. I spoke several days ago to gentleman who said I had not paid for the item, but at that point there was no notification that I had won it. I gave a credit card #. Thanks-Keith , **********
