The seller sent the invoice several times in a period of three days over a weekend. An invoice only needs to be sent once, with follow up after a week if a buyer hasn't paid. Also, they took longer to ship the item than most Live Auctioneers sellers, and I felt I needed to follow up on shipping.

I received an item from them that appeared somewhat different then the picture, I had some difficulty contacting the company but they have since been very helpful and are allowing me to return the item and are going to refund the money. So overall I am fairly satisfied with the auction house.

I have won an item on one of his auctions and I never got an invoice and I couldn't pay for it. Then I wrote the auctioneer and they never respond to me.

This auction house wrongfully filed unpaid disputes against me. Twice. They also claim to ship items. I have yet to receive a single item from them... Going as far back as May. They have failed to respond to ANY of my inquiries about this. I am beginning to believe they are total con. Any help would be appreciated.

It would be helpful if more information was available before bidding, e. g. ring sizes are often not shown which causes me to pass over any without that information. I realize I can ask the auctioneer this question but it's especially annoying to have to take the time to do that.

My payment was delayed a couple of days while I had the auction house correct the mailing address on my PayPal payment. You sent your survey July 11. I JUST received my shipment today July 15. There was a significant delay in shipping but all completed successfully.

I won a blue and white bowl from Leo's Coffers. In a subsequent auction I won a famille rose bowl. When I did not receive the blue and white bowl I called and then was told that it broke and my payment was being applied to the next Purchase. This was not the way to handle the situation. I really think the bowl was not broken and the seller changed their mind.

It's been over two weeks since payment for the item-I still have not received it at this time. I paid for the item promptly-the auction house did not communicate with me regarding the shipment of the item until I contacted them, which resulted in the shipment of the item a day later. That occurred two weeks after the sale. So... * meh *

The product was falsely represented Ted. Claimed it had the artists signature but did it say that it was printed on there with the print. False representation of product.

I rarely give reviews and in particular negative reviews because it seems people will take the time to give a negative review vs. a positive review. However, I can only say I am totally dissatisfied with the experience with this auction house. The product was not described well and while it is my fault for not researching further, this product is in no way worth the value represented by the auction house. Once I won the auction I waited several days expecting some type of communication on shipping. I sent an email to them and received no response. Finally, I did receive notification from FedEx I was getting a delivery from them. Once received, I could not believe the condition of the product. On a retail market, this piece would not sell for more than $20. It was obviously not an antiques or even vintage unit. The face of the clock is plastic and had plastic lining to "protect" it. After removing, it had scratches. I attempted to contact Leo Coffers, but received no reply. They do not communicate and could not survive in another environment. Really do not understand how you could have a relationship with such a company.

I purchased two lots, 2290O, and 2439t. they did send 2290O but no info with the other. 2290o was a 1/12 scale cheap motorcycle, but I wanted the gold and silver bohlin made belt buckle, they separated two small pieces and sent only one even though I paid for both. they just keep selling and to hell with consumer, over 1, 200 lots/day. I'm looking for some accountability and ship my buckle. **********

with 1250 lots ea. day in most cases there is a lack of clarity regarding lot being sold, and most lots are not sold. nice art but no original mostly giclee's. payment is awkward.

It is really difficult to know how to pay... I have been trying to pay off a few things and it just won't let me... If you could perhaps make the phone app a little more sophisticated and make it easier to purchase
