Live Auctioneers website sent me an email when I won two lots stating I'd be receiving an invoice from Fusco Auctions within 3 days. It took over 2 weeks for them to write to me, and provide the invoice. I even wrote after 5 days to follow-up, but that email was never acknowledged. I can understand being busy, but was rather surprised it took them so long to provide the invoice and packing info. That's why I gave them a "Somewhat Satisfied" rating, and not a "Very Satisfied" rating. Thank you.

the item was not in good condition, with multiple nicks and scratches. The shipping was VERY delayed. That is their what their business is suppose to be, to ship items upon completion of sale. They should be ready to label and ship. A few days, maybe a week is reasonable. Several weeks indicates that they are not very good at what they do. I get a more professional response from John Q. Public on eBay.

After initial contact, communication was nonexistent. I was about to file a dispute with my card issuer, but a shipper called me out of the blue to confirm my address and ask for payment. Overall it was just shy of two months from the auction date to receive the items.

Being in the UK I would have liked more information on the parcel when it was dispatched, like a tracking number or what method was used to send, overall a very good service and no problems so far, just got to try the items out.

I purchased the item and although I sent them several emails to pay them so they ship they never responded. I don’t think they want to give me the item I win in the auction.

Had to call twice about getting an invoice. First call went to voicemail and call was not returned Called 2 or 3 days later and got through requested invoice and it was promptly emailed.

invoice timing and auction house response (4 days after close) was slower than your site indicated (48 hours?) and so I was concerned for a few days. They were responsive and followed up and a couple days-and it was not a problem but my expectations were different. Each house should have their own billing policy.

They said we would have an invoice with in 3 days. I still don't have my items as of today. If you sell 600 lots than have a system to collect the money and mail them.

The auction house was supposed to send an invoice within 3 days after the end of the auction but didn't until I contacted a week after the auction. The auction was on Nov. 2 and today is Nov. 20 and I still have not received the item.

Calls to get info on item after sale were not answered or returned. The shipping company I contracted with also found it challenging to get support when picking up the item. All of this has caused a 1 month delay in shipping.

I found FUSCO's action very helpful, especially as I didn't want all of the items that I won. Just the Australian Rin Tin Tin comics, which I have been searching for. Keviun

On the items I have won at auction, the shipping was priced well beyond what it should have been. I gave up both items due to shipping costs. When you win an item for $10.00 and the shipping is $125.00 to $150.00 is ridiculous! Better shipping rates need to prevail!

The method of packaging was poor and my item arrived bent and with a large crease on the corner, Luckily the main image was not damaged but it was the worst packaging ever experienced.
