Would like a breakdown invoice of items

1. I received my items on October 2nd and the auction was held on September 11th. I've paid them immediately with a check and they cashed the check probably five days after the auction was held. However, he said they've said they received it 10 days later when I could they've cashed it a few days ago. They shipped my items probably 10 ays AFTER they said they received the check. 2. The items look very different in photos than they are in reality. I could email you pictures of how they advertised it and how it looks in reality. I'm very disappointed so I will never buy anything again from a Fox Valley auction that's for sure.
