I have dealt with this house a few times and I appreciate how professional and efficient their operation is run. I am pleased with the items and the accuracy of descriptions they give. I almost do not want to share this because then others are going to join and bid against me:). Just adding some levity to the discussion-"Bring it on"

I wish some of the other auction houses on this site would take a lesson from Billy The Kid on how to run an auction house. No screwing around with third party shippers who rip you off, no hidden charges for handling or using a credit card. You know right off how much shipping will be and they are quick and efficient in sending your items to you. If there ever is a problem they deal with it right away instead of evasion and lies, and make it right. It's rare these days to find a business who treats their customers with respect. Not to mention there is no "junk" mis-described or hidden away to try and deceive you. Way to go folks, keep up the good work.

The rings I received are very beautiful and color is true to the pictures. That being said, I intended to buy one ring, but had chosen 3 to consider and possibly bid on. The first one I bid on I thought I had the winning bid the site said I did and then it said I lost the bid. Sooo I bid on the next one... same thing. So I bid on the next one same outcome. Next I get a billing for all three, now I'm really confused so I text and explain what's happened. I'm assured I won all 3. Great. The website still shows I didn't win any, but within the week 3 beautiful turquoise rings show up at my house, Now I'm the proud owner of 2 more rings than I wanted. Did I say I'm relatively new at bidding? Needless to say I'm very hesitant to bid on anything again.

My third purchase from this auction house. Appreciate their excellent close up photos, accurate measurements & quick in house shipping.

This is one on-line auction house I really enjoy working with! Straight forward, no gimmicks, accurate, truthful, reasonable shipping charges which is NOT true of other on-line auction companies!
