Bidder Reviews for Ssisters Squared (1)

I had to write to this auction house 3 times before they let me know that the brooch I won was unavailable. No reason was given other than "this was our first auction". I was promised a refund but haven't seen that either. 3 more letters to auction house with no reply. Live Auctioneers is now involved and, still, they haven't responded. Needless to say, I will not be bidding with Ssisters Squared in the future.
