This was my first auction with this auction house and I was amazed at how professional and organized they were. They were by far the easiest auction house I have ever dealt with. From start to finish they had excellent communication, the items were shipped out quickly and the packing was amazing. Excellent auction house to buy from!!!!

As stated above this is a auction house you can trust from start to finish. In our case they are extremely easy to work with. As our large family ages, we recently had 2 passings, one in FL and one in PA. We were late paying, heck even responding to emails, however this is a very kind auction house and simply understand some of us are getting old. It really was a pleasure not to have any hassles. Our family has been collecting for over 70 years, but the family is getting smaller. We all are very greatful for your kindness. Warm Regards

Literally the BEST packing I have seen from an auction house!!

I have participated in many on-line auctions throughout the years and always appreciate the auction company doing the "extra" that makes the experience worthwhile. This was my first time dealing with Toystrainsandotheroldstuff and was especially impressed, not only with Wylie Stivers taking the time to explain and answer my questions, but in the excellent job his staff did in Packing and Shipping the 40 + items that I won. Not only did they exceptionally protect and pack the fragile items, but they identified each lot individually which makes it much easier on my end. A lot of Auction Companies do not do that. Wylie, his employees and the Company deserve the extra praise for an outstanding job and my looking forward to participating in future auctions with his company. Victor Edison

From the auction to the delivery of the items I won, this was absolutely as smooth as could possibly be. Every item was advertised accurately. I do understand that shipping and labor costs have skyrocketed but this was shipped in its original box, all they did was tape it back up. When I quote shipping using the same carrier, it was 64 % less than. What I was charged.
