Description marginal. Shipping terrible.
Took a gamble on limited photos and description and lost. Didn't even ship item until I bugged them approximately a month after auction. Item just showed up today with pieces of boxes hanging loose and contents rattling around and broken pieces falling out. Appeared to have been taken to a grade school for packaging. I've received plenty of things from UPS and I am quite certain they DID NOT package it although they did ship it. UPS delivery person looked embarrassed delivering it. Terrible experience. 1st time in my life I've left a terrible review and I'm 53. No need to contact me. Item went straight to dumpster and no I didn't bother with pictures. I wont be buying from this auction house again. Have a nice day.

Beware
Item was poorly packed and arrived bent. Tall long size with taped together box, nothing to keep it from being in the middle. If you can't pick it up, I wouldn't bid on anything that has to be shipped.

Best if you are either picking up or not bidding on antique items
I won 4-5 gallon square antique oil cans. The auction, payment and shipping process went well. However, the shipping of the items was disturbing. The 4 cans were put together into a cardboard box. Nothing kept them from rubbing against each other (each can had two sides rubbing against two sides of another can) and there was no padding in the box aside from a couple extra pieces of cardboard on one end-meaning the weak sides with graphics bore the brunt of every drop and bump the box incurred in shipment. Given the nature of the items being shipped, I would have anticipated them to be individually wrapped and packaged in a manner that protected the contents of the box, but that was not the case. I would say if you are bidding on and winning everyday type items that are pretty tough, you should be OK. But, if you are bidding on antique items that will need shipped, either arrange your own shipping or consider picking up the items instead to save you the heartbreak should you not get lucky with shipping.

Accurate description of the device if it’s working or not
I bought a coke machine on a on line auction. I bought it because they said it was in working condition. In fact it does not work, the compressor does not cool. This machine will cost as much to fix as it cost to buy. Buyer beware.

It was all broken
I was glad when I got the box but it was not packed well and broken all into peices.
