Highlights of this sale will be Victorian furnishings from the Rockport, MA Woman’s Lodge, established 1890’s, which benefits the Wellspring House; fine paintings from the 1805 Emmerton House of the Woman’s Friends Society of Salem; and furnishings from the Gilman family of Newburyport. Additional items of interest are from the Regency Row, Weston MA collection; a collection of Americana from Mr. & Mrs. Richard Foley of Natick; a large collection of cast iron garden statuary from Mr. Richard Clark of Saugus, MA. Also included in this sale will be estate jewelry, a large Griswold cast iron collection, fine art, oriental carpets and more. This is a fine sale that is not to be missed.

Our first Oriental Carpet event of the season, this sale will feature antique, semi-antique and decorative Oriental carpets in all sizes ranging from the smallest area rug to palace size rugs, with many styles and colors to choose from. There will be a carpet for every taste.

Day 1 will feature a large collection of Maritime hooked rugs from the collection of Connie Kent and the late Pat Kent of Granary Antiques,Canada.
Day 2 will feature original 18th Century furnishings from the Francis Parkman estate on Chestnut Street in Boston also from the Warner and Wiltberger families of Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia PA. Chinese and Japanese furnishings originally owned by the famous Boston collector, Sturgis Bigelow. Also, featuring a fine collection of Chinese Canton porcelain from Mr. Robert Clark of Saugus. There will also be many other fine antiques, art and decorative accessories.
