Vintage unique hand carved Mother Of Pearl cameo comes in a sterling silver setting. No two cameos are the same since they are hand carved. This is no exception. Most cameos feature a beautiful woman looking to the left or right. This particular cameo appears to have the woman looking directly straight ahead. The woman has long curls.
This ring is not stamped or marked but tested as sterling. I purchased this ring with a matching brooch/pendant. That item is stamped CAMEXICO & C. 800. Many times when an artist produced jewelry set back in the day they would stamp 1 item. In this particular case it was the brooch/pendant. Ring was purchased at a PA Estate Sale.
