This Fire Alarm Box was manufactured by Gamewell Auxiliary Fire Alarm Co. Salvaged from San Francisco's fabulous Fox Theater. The companion piece, written by James Logan and Jeff Hershel, is the complete historical history of the Lavish Playhouse which opened on June 28, 1929. It is complete with photos & art. The specification for its world renowned Wurlitzer Pipe Organ. Unfortunately it was demolished in 1962.
