A PAIR OF ITALIAN NEOCLASSICAL STYLE PAINTED WOOD PEDESTAL CABINETS, 20TH CENTURY, each with a circular faux marble painted green serpentine top, above a pale whitish-green cylindrical body with a small drawer over a hinged door centering an oval maiden's or youth's profile portrait in gray grisaille within a gold-painted foliate border, issuing delicate scrolling acanthus leaf stems continuing to sides with matching profile portraits, door opening to a two shelf interior, raised on a flowering festoon decorated socle ringed by a stylized laurel wreath and mounted on an octagonal faux verdis antico marble plinth, verso triangular black stamped "COMUN FIRENZI / 25 / MOBILI NUOVI / IMPOSTA DI CONSUMO," next to a printed white paper label "MADE IN ITALY," includes two keys.
