Norman Rockwell (American, 1894-1978). Lithograph titled " Freedom Of Speech" is the first of the Four Freedoms paintings produced by American Artist Norman Rockwell. The works were inspired by President Franklin D. Roosevelt's State of the Union Address delivered to the 77th United States Congress on January 6, 1941, known as Four Freedoms. Artist signature lower right. Good overall condition with minor wear to frame. Work measures 28 1/2 in x 21 3/4 in; frame measures 36 1/4 in x 30 in x 1 in.
