MOVEMENT PLATES: Scattered fine scratches; Fine marks and scratches on balance cock foot; Ratchet wheel with very fine, shallow pitting; Regulator with a few specks of oxide. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks); Balance slightly out of flat.
