In the original box, marked "1961 Desilu Productions" for Desi Arnaz and Lucille Ball, "Langford Productions Inc." and on side marked "Set No. 4676". Set includes two Linemar tin friction cars, lithographed street front and warehouse building, Elliot Ness and Al Capone figures, police and gangster figures and numerous other accessories, including fencing, wooden barrels and boxes, beer vat, furniture, weapons, telephone poles and play mat. Set also came with a firing cap gun in chrome with black plastic handles. This particular set is complete and in near mint condition. The buildings have been assembled and there are a few minor flaws in the lithographs. One of the friction cars has a small area of paint loss and the warehouse ramp has a minor flaw. The box dividers and instructions are in excellent condition, box does have some slight staining. One of the most sought-after of all Marx play sets.
