Description
Nice litho on box showing people panning for gold in the 19th century, marked "Set No. 1309". Typical of some multiple sets, the figures and vehicles are already set up inside the box. Set was inspired by the California Gold Rush that started in 1848 when gold was found at Sutter's Mill in California. This example of the play set is believed to be complete and is in very good condition. There are some very brittle plastic pieces and one train car is damaged, otherwise this set is very nice, instructions are in good shape and the box is excellent. Condition: (Very Good). Dimensions: 25 - 1/2" x 17 - 1/2" x 5 - 5/8".
