DESCRIPTION: Late 19th century walnut Victorian parlor table that displays a hybrid of styles including Renaissance, Rococo, and Eastlake Revival. Four carved legs rising to a central stretcher. The top with oval frame topped with a marble slab. The underside of the table us unusual in that it is constructed of solid wood rather than a typical frame. Inscriptions suggest that the table was built and/or owned in Yoe, York County around 1900. This may be an example of small furniture shop production of Victorian furniture. MEASUREMENTS: 27-1/2" wide x 18" deep x 28-1/2" high. CONDITION: Very good. Wear consistent with age. MH. IMPORTANT: Before bidding, please read the terms and conditions.
