Sinao is one of the top selling galley street artists working today and his collaborations with Aiiroh have continued to set records. His work sells out frequently at all the major auction houses from Julien's Beverly Hills to Heritage.
Sinao was born in New York in 1981. Although considered an emerging street artist, he has been working on murals since the 90s. He likes his art to be on street materials (cardboard, trash cans , mailboxes, fire hydrant) and little used canvases. He was influenced by the works of Blek le Rat. Most of the time, you'll see her rabbit (from Alice in Wonderland) sprucing up streets all over US and European capitals.
Like most street performers, Sinao remains undercover and anonymous as much as possible, revealing himself only covered in the mask of a Black Death doctor. For the largest frescoes, he surrounds himself with artists united under the Franco-American brand: Mind the Gap Label.
The artist Sinao has a distinct style specific to street art.
His works are currently presented by many galleries around the world.
