Condition
nice attractive appearance overall; fretwork design on each side is different, which is an unusual but appealing design detail; repaired breaks to both arm volutes, as well as to bottom part of left-facing armrest upright (with fill evident); repaired break to front left-facing leg; rubbing and sunfading to right-facing armrest upright; right-facing side fret carved rail is slightly lifting toward the back, and with evidence of reinforced break or crack; left-facing back leg with old break, and with visible loss and later wood patch along foot; evidence of former rail to back and sides, the holes now filled or patched; three of the corner support blocks likely replaced, but done so awhile ago; interior / underside of seat frame wrapped and adhered with gauze like material; evidence of brass casters to underside of legs, which are no longer present; upholstery is contemporary but presents nicely overall, with some moderate wear commensurate with use, especially to armrests and seat
