Description
A grouping of four Art deco period silver and enamel items including a continental silver and guilloche enamel case stamped with "900" for .900 silver, and maker's marks for Louis Kuppenheim. Austrian circa 1920. Motif of flowers on a salmon toned ground (3.5" x 2" x 0.5", 3.33 Oz. or 216.2g), an Art Deco continental silver and enamel cigarette case with brown enamel face and surrounded by white enamel band . Stamped "900" for .900 silver and stamped with " Lk" on the gold wash interior (3.75"L x 3"W x 0.5"D, 150.5g), a French early Art Deco silver, guilloche enamel and leather purse circa 1925 marked " Voyage Hall, Cannes". Front panel of purse decorated with silver and two color guilloche enamel, rest of the purse is fine brown leather ( 11" L,Central enamel panel: 4.75" L x 3.5" W) and finally, an art Deco period 800 silver and enamel vanity case with mirrored interior and powder compartment ( 2.5"x2.25", gross weight: 100g)
Condition
All cases with surface scratches and dents consistent with use and age, enamel guilloche on the salmon colored case with discolorations, a flaw at one corner of the white enamel band on the large brown enamel cigarette case, the interior mirror of the brown enamel vanity is loose, the leather of the purse is "as is".
