This fine 1835 edition of Jardines Naturalists Library is beautifully illustrated with color engravings of the worlds mammals! The plates from Jardines Mammals are exceedingly desirable and are found framed and displayed by themselves. This volume showcases impressive illustrations of numerous large mammals including camels, llamas, moose, elk, deer, antelope, addax, and many others.
It is worth noting that this tome is beautifully bound with marbled boards. A beautiful tome!
