M. Louise Stowell, Harvey Ellis, Thillman Fabry, John E. Dumont and Claude Bragdon established Rochester Arts & Crafts Society in 1897, and held their first exhibition of Japanese and French posters the same year.

Printed monogram to upper left 'HE'. Printed signature to mount '© By M. Louise Stowell 1912 The Far East Print Shop'. This work is from the edition printed by The Far East Shop, Rochester.

Condition
Work is in good condition. Sheet is adhered to mount at upper corners preventing full inspection of the verso. Minor wear and faint discoloration to lower left corner. Mount is toned with foxing throughout and large areas of moisture staining and tidelines, does not affect the print. Presents well. Framed behind glass measuring 16 x 18 x 1 inches.
