This BEAUTIFUL cotton 40's floral quilt is all hand appliqued and hand quilted, with a solid blue background lattice design.
It measures 78" X 94" and is in excellent, sturdy condition, with the occasional small, faint spot (mostly on the back) and no wear.
The hand quilting is excellent, with quilting around the applique and in straight line and feathered wreath designs in the background, all at an even 8-9 stitches to the inch.
The back and hand stitched, rolled binding are white, and the batting is thin. The quilt came out of western Pennsylvania and was made by a woman named "H. Martin."
