First Edition.Landmark work on lumbering in California, famous in the annals of books with original photographs, with 24 mounted albumen photographs of the Redwood forests of Northern California, in all stages of lumbering. Very rare, only a few copies were produced, and each copy varies somewhat in the photograph contents.
