ABOUT ARTIST: The history of Villari began with a love story when Silvia and Cesare Villari, both sculptors in a porcelain factory, got married in 1965. In 1967, their passion for porcelain and an entrepreneurial spirit led them to open their own porcelain factory in Solagna, 45 miles from Venice. Since then, the company has developed a speciality in timeless home accessories and has become a symbol of Italian luxury and Italian style worldwide. At the beginning the company started with porcelain figurines inspired by Capodimonte, they became famous in the 70â€â„¢.Nowadays the two daughters Alessandra and Barbara and the son Leone work for the company and they have successfully launched many new collections.
