After the original currently in the collection of the Palazzo Pitti Collection in Florence, Italy. Provenance: From the Grosse Pointe Memorial Church, Grosse Pointe Farms, MI collection. Sold to benefit the church.
Condition
On a square canvas (29.5" X 29.5" Canvas expertly relined in the late 19th c.. (likely due to the repair of a small canvas tear in the chin to the cheek of St. John the Baptist).
