Frank Weston Benson (1862-1951) was an American artist from Salem, Massachusetts known for his Realistic portraits, American Impressionist paintings, watercolors and etchings. Benson also exhibited a passion for wildlife illustrations, specifically in capturing scenes of various wildfowl (ducks, geese, and swans), as seen in these volumes.
