Anastas Mikoyan autographed 1947 trade document (DS). The document discusses prices for purchasing 3,400 tons of tungsten and 1,000 tons of antimony from the Chinese government. Mikoyan approves the transaction and signs with his customary period blue pencil signature "Agree. A.M." He signed this document as Stalin's Minster of Foreign Trade.

Anastas Ivanovich Mikoyan (25 November 1895 – 21 October 1978) was an Armenian Communist revolutionary, Old Bolshevik and Soviet statesman. Having been elected to the Central Committee in 1923, he was the only Soviet politician who managed to remain at the highest levels of power within the Communist Party from the latter days of Lenin, through the eras of Stalin and Khrushchev, to his peaceful retirement under Brezhnev.
