Jockey scale, marked Young's Bear st, W.C., circa 1880s, oak construction, brass weight system and chair arms with the original pin tucked leather seat, with barley twist legs and a carved flower design around the perimeter, with brass flower inserts between the flower designs, stamped on the front below the scale in the wood in 3/16" lettering 'Epsom 1883' for Epsom Downs Racecourse, Surrey, and comes with six weights and one weight pan, one small weight with a hook has Youngs London stamped on its side, sizes are in English stones, 1st, 2st, 4st, (2) 8st and one with hook unmarked but weight is for 1.5 stones.
