Gilles Penso's documentary Ray Harryhausen: Special Effects Titan features several interviews with influential figures within the film industry, honouring the work of celebrated special effect legend Ray Harryhausen. The film premiered at The Monster Bash Film Festival in 2011 but did not have a theatrical release until 2012. This is a UK Quad poster printed onto high-quality, heavier stock paper for the theatrical release with beautiful artwork by Joe Wilson paying tribute to Harryhausen and his innovative creations. The number of these posters printed was very limited; it is believed that only around 15 were created. Quad posters were used at selective screenings, including Leicester Square and the Tyneside Cinema. The consignor, a personal friend and acquaintance of Harryhausen, has confirmed that they received a number of these posters as payment for helping secure the distribution of the documentary. An incredibly scarce poster and a must-have for any Harryhausen enthusiast.
