James Earle Fraser (After) 1927 "End of the Trail" Etching Made by Ed Kreher - This etching was made after a work by James Earle Fraser titled "End of Trail". Fraser was an American sculptor of the 20th century whose work is integral to many of Washington, D.C.'s most iconic structures. The sculpture titled "End of the Trail" was originally created in 1894 and is one of his most famous works, depicting a weary Native American man, wearing only the remains of a blanket and carrying a spear. This print was made by California artist, Ed Kreher. Kreher created prints by famous artists in the 1970's and 1980's and sold them through magazines and catalogs. Ed Kreher operated the American Heritage Gallery in Palm Springs, California. This item was acquired from a Palm Springs estate. Measurements: image-12 x 10 inches (matted to 20 x 17.5 inches).
