1. Patiala and the Great War: a brief history of the Services of the Premier Punjab State, London, Medici Society, 1923, compiled from Secretariat and other records, 91 pages of text, 48 photographic plates, frontispiece photographic portrait of Maharajah Bhupinder Singh, brown cloth, 230 x 160 mm.
2. Public Pronouncements by Major-General HH the Maharaja Dhiraj of Patiala, GCSI, GCIE, GCVO, GBE, ADC, London 1928, 100 pp., paper-covered boards, 250 x 182 mm.
3. Shri Baba Alha Singh Ji: a sketch of his life and a short historical account of the devotion of the House of Patiala to the Gurus and the Panth, B. S. 6. Nabha Administration: a review of recent years, printed by the Civil and Military Gazette, Lahore, n. d. [but probably 1939 or 1940], pamphlet, 32 pp., several photographs, including the young Maharajah Pratap Singh, 290 x 220 mm. Since Pratap Singh formally succeeded after a period of regency following the deposition of his father, Ripudaman Singh, and the pamphlet is 'Published under the Authority of the Council of Regency', and because of dates mentioned in the text, the above date of 1939-40 seems most likely.
