A c.1960s Musima Record 17 electric archtop guitar, no serial number, dark brown sunburst finish. Owned and played by Randy Bachman, who has sold 40 million records worldwide as a member of The Guess Who, Bachman-Turner Overdrive, and as a solo artist. A maple neck with a bound 21-fret ebony fretboard with mother of pearl inlays. The headstock overlay has Record branding and six white button tuners. A carved spruce top with maple back and sides, multi-ply binding throughout, catseye sound holes, two pickups with volume and tone controls, adjustable ebony bridge, and harp-style tailpiece. Pickguard has disintegrated, with some bits still inside the body.
