Fleury is a Swiss contemporary artist whose installations, mixed-media works, and sculptures address issues of superficiality in mass and gendered consumer culture. Drawing inspiration from Marcel Duchamp's "Readymades," her work critiques the fetishistic relationships people have with various brands and products, especially those aimed at women and their bodies, as is the case here.
