Vinaigrette with floral border - John Shaw, Birmingham, 1818 - 1 1/8 inches (3 cm)

Vinaigrette with engine turned bands - John Thropp, Birmingham, 1824 - 1 inch (2.7 cm)

Oval vinaigrette - John Shaw, Birmingham, 1810 - 1 inch (2.5 cm)

Shaped oval snuff box with engraved border - James Kennedy, Dublin, 1788 - 3 1/8 inches (8 cm)

Fluted rectangular snuff box - John Thropp, Birmingham, 1818 - 2 inches (5 cm)

Double snuff box - Samuel Pemberton, Birmingham, 1809 - 2 1/2 inches (6.5 cm)

Oval snuff box - A&J Zimmerman, Birmingham, 1911 - 3 1/8 inches (8 cm)

Reeded pill box - Tane, 20th century - 1 3/4 inches (4.5 cm)

Cigarette case with canted corners - Continental with import marks for Cohen & Charles, London, 1902 - 3 inches (7.5 cm)

And three metal examples - largest 2 7/8 inches (7.5 cm)

Thropp - lacking inner grille

Cigarette case - engraved crest to cover corner; thumbpiece off

Brass - repairs; inscription to cover and "Westeras" to reverse

Oval with figural scenes to top and bottom, worn and rubbed; pat. Jan 24, 1889 - repairs to hinge

Rectangular with engine turned decoration, marked only C.Forst; cover does not stay closed
