Description
Each of baluster form, the green acanthus-capped scroll handles terminating in roundels cast with cupids, the front finely painted with shepherds in bucolic landscapes, the reverse painted with a military trophy within an oak wreath, all within a gilt ciselé berried laurel wreath, on a circular foot and square base, unmarked. Height 20 1/2 in (52 cm).
